At Goosi, I want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product or artwork, or the piece was damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible (and send me photos of the damaged item) within 7 days.
Once I receive the artwork or product and have confirmed its condition, I will issue a full refund.
All commissions or customised artwork are non-refundable, as they are created especially for you.
